How this is worked out

Terrace, semi-detached and detached houses are priced on the land the caveat covers; a strata terrace, semi-detached or detached unit is priced on its own floor area inside a shared development. The two are never pooled into one median -- every figure here is psf of land unless marked strata, and each cell says which. A cell with too few recorded sales shows its count with no median.
