What the figures are
Every estimate on homequant is an indicative range computed from recorded comparable transactions. It is not a formal valuation, and nothing on the site is advice to buy, hold or sell.
Where they come from
homequant compiles its figures from these sources, each published under its own terms:
- URA Data Service, private caveats — URA API Terms of Service
- data.gov.sg, HDB resale prices — Singapore Open Data Licence
- OneMap, postal codes and coordinates — OneMap Terms of Use
- SingStat, private price index — Singapore Open Data Licence
- FRED, US Fed funds rate and US dollar exchange rate — FRED terms of use
Reusing homequant's figures
You may quote and reuse the ranges, medians, comparable tables and transaction histories published here, provided you credit homequant with a link to the page they came from, and you do not present them as a formal valuation.
The underlying records remain subject to their sources' terms above, which take precedence for that data. Figures are provided as they are, without warranty, and are reloaded weekly, so a figure you copy may since have changed.
