A launch here is a private condo, apartment or EC project with developer sales, no resales and no completed building in our registry, and at least one developer sale in the last 6 months. Sales are URA caveats, excluding transfers we filter out as unrepresentative (bulk and related-party deals, outliers). The launch month is the month of the earliest developer sale we hold; our URA records begin in September 2021, so a project selling then is shown "since at least" that month. Unit counts are URA's and are left blank where URA has not published one. The resale figure is the median psf of resales at other private flats of the same kind (ECs with ECs) within 1000 m over the last 12 months, shown only on at least 10 resales; those homes are older and differ in lease and size, so the difference describes two markets, not a value.
