How this is worked out
Every figure is condo, apartment and executive condominium sales in the district (not landed houses) with a contract date in the calendar year, leaving out sales flagged at ingest as unrepresentative (such as related-party and bulk transfers) and any caveat filed for several units together. A year is published only with at least 10 such sales; the current year is published as it stands, so far. The previous-year change is given only when that year also has enough sales of its own, and is left out where the records begin inside that previous year, so a whole year is never set against a few months.
