District 13 private sales in Q2 2026: median S$2,027 psf from 96 sales

Private homes in District 13, covering Macpherson, Potong Pasir and Braddell, recorded 96 transactions in the second quarter of 2026 at a median of S$2,027 psf. That median sits 0.9% above the S$2,009 psf recorded in Q1 2026, when 84 sales were registered, and 3.5% above the S$1,958 psf median of Q2 2025. Both comparisons are drawn from recorded caveat data rather than any assessment of individual homes, and each figure is the middle price per square foot of the quarter's sales rather than an average.
Transaction counts in the district have been the more visible movement.
