Of the month's 2,434 HDB resales, 188 were transacted at $1 million or more, compared with 181 of the 2,544 resales in July 2026. All figures are indicative and drawn from recorded transactions rather than any valuation of the homes concerned.
Method: caveats and resale records dated to the month named (URA and HDB date sales to the month), non-excluded rows only; private lists cover single-unit caveats of every sale type. Caveats keep arriving for weeks after a sale, so the month's counts are as loaded at the time of writing. Private figures are from URA Data Service caveats, HDB figures from data.gov.sg resale records, both loaded weekly by this site's ingest. Medians are of the non-excluded transactions in the period named; sales flagged by the hygiene rules (related-party transfers, bulk deals, outliers) are left out. Every figure is indicative and drawn from recorded transactions, not a formal valuation.
