How accurate the estimate was for private projects, Q2 2026: median error 3.9%

Across 784 private projects with at least 5 sales to test against, the engine's estimate as of Q4 2025 missed the price each home then fetched by a median of 3.9%. Half the private projects scored between 2.6% and 6.0%; 508 of them, 64.8%, came within 5%. On average 33.2% of tested sales fell inside the published range.
